These miniature honey jars are filled with honey harvested by Jane and her students at George Green School. The bees forage across nearby parks, gardens and balconies, giving the honey a flavour that truly belongs to East London.
Each jar represents lessons learned in the garden. Young people discovering how a hive works, learning environmental stewardship and developing a real sense of pride in caring for something fragile and alive.
Every purchase helps fund the next generation of beekeepers and keeps the hives buzzing for years to come.
