Every mosaic reflects this journey. Participants choose fragments of tile and glass, arrange colours, and slowly transform scattered pieces into something whole. The process is calm, grounding and joyful — and often mirrors their own path toward stability and self-belief.

Each mosaic helps support Tessa’s programme, giving people experiencing addiction or mental health challenges a safe, creative space to connect, heal and grow.
