Stephanie created ThreadHeads after discovering how embroidery supported her through depression. What began as a personal hobby became a community project helping others facing similar challenges.
She now runs embroidery workshops across East London for people living with anxiety, isolation and low mood. These kits continue that work. They are simple, calming and designed to be used without pressure.
Each kit includes one of Stephanie’s Hackney / Tower Hamlet's inspired designs and all the tools to get started. No experience needed. Proceeds help fund free or low-cost kits for people experiencing mental health difficulties.
